A Sacred Journey Within

Soulful India

Rishikesh

23 February – 5 March 2027

215 days until we depart

Ten days of yoga, meditation, spiritual wisdom and sacred culture on the banks of the Ganga — in the birthplace of yoga.

The Invitation

Where the soul remembers what the mind has forgotten.

Soulful India is a ten-day retreat offering an authentic experience of yoga in its birthplace, where daily practice, spiritual wisdom, cultural exploration and the rich traditions of India come together in the spiritual heart of Rishikesh.

Set within the peaceful surrounds of Yog Niketan Ashram, on the sacred banks of the Ganga River and near the Himalayan foothills, each day offers a gentle balance of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, sacred experiences and time to explore one of the world's most spiritually significant destinations.

India has a quiet way of changing people. Not because it gives you something new — but because it gently reminds you of what your soul has always known.

Why India

People don't come to India because
it is
perfect.
They come because it is real.

There is something deeply humbling about India. The simplicity. The devotion. The smiles of strangers. The sacred river. The temples. The chanting that drifts through the streets each morning.

Life here moves differently. Not faster. Not slower. More consciously.

India has a beautiful way of stripping away distractions until what truly matters begins to reveal itself.

For many people, it becomes less of a destination and more of a homecoming.

From Us to You

A retreat created with heart.

We created Soulful India because we wanted to share something much deeper than a holiday. After many years of learning, practising and studying in India, we realised the greatest gifts weren't found in the famous landmarks — they were found in the quiet moments.

Sharing simple meals. Watching sunrise over the Ganga. Sitting in silence. Listening. Learning. Laughing. Growing together.

Whether this is your first journey to India or your fifth, you'll be welcomed with warmth, kindness and genuine care. Come exactly as you are.

Kind Words

From those who walked with us.

I arrived tired and unsure of what I was searching for. I left feeling like I'd come home to myself. Every moment was held with such love.
