Yoga for Beginners - 6 Week Course
Start your yoga journey in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Learn foundational poses, breathing techniques and simple meditation to calm your mind, build strength and improve flexibility. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this course offers a gentle, accessible introduction to yoga in a supportive and encouraging environment. Over six weeks, we’ll guide you through: Foundational yoga postures (asanas), focusing on proper alignment, flexibility, and strength. Breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance awareness and cultivate inner calm. Simple meditation practices to help calm the mind, improve focus, and promote a sense of inner peace. Mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and support overall wellbeing. Each week introduces new challenges and opportunities for growth, giving you the confidence to continue your yoga journey beyond this course. Our welcoming community of beginners provides a space to ask questions, share experiences, and celebrate achievements together. Yin, Restorative & Nidra
Indulge in tranquility and deep relaxation with our Restorative Yin class. Sink into blissful stillness as you gently stretch and release tension through passive poses held for extended periods. Hatha Slow Flow
Experience a calming, mindful flow in our Hatha Slow Flow classes, where each movement is paired with the breath to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Ideal for all levels, these classes focus on a slower pace, allowing you to connect deeply with your body and find relaxation in every pose.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath in a flowing sequence creating a sense of meditation in motion. The class may be by dynamic fostering heat and strength, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility of the spine and hips. Classes may be sequenced around a peak pose such as back bends, or they might focus on a particular theme such as self-compassion or an aspect of yoga philosophy. While some previous yoga experience may be beneficial, none is required to attend a Vinyasa class.
Kids Yoga
Discover the joy of Kids Yoga! Our fun-filled classes blend age-appropriate poses, interactive games, and creative activities to nurture flexibility, strength, and balance. Through playful breath exercises and activities promoting emotional well-being, we create a positive space for little ones to explore movement and mindfulness.
