Yoga for Beginners - 6 Week Course

Start your yoga journey in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. Learn foundational poses, breathing techniques and simple meditation to calm your mind, build strength and improve flexibility. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or looking to revisit the basics, this course offers a gentle, accessible introduction to yoga in a supportive and encouraging environment. Over six weeks, we’ll guide you through: Foundational yoga postures (asanas), focusing on proper alignment, flexibility, and strength. Breathing techniques (pranayama) to enhance awareness and cultivate inner calm. Simple meditation practices to help calm the mind, improve focus, and promote a sense of inner peace. Mindfulness exercises to reduce stress and support overall wellbeing. Each week introduces new challenges and opportunities for growth, giving you the confidence to continue your yoga journey beyond this course. Our welcoming community of beginners provides a space to ask questions, share experiences, and celebrate achievements together. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, manage stress, or explore yoga more deeply, this course is your stepping stone toward a balanced, healthier lifestyle. Yin, Restorative & Nidra

Indulge in tranquility and deep relaxation with our Restorative Yin class. Sink into blissful stillness as you gently stretch and release tension through passive poses held for extended periods. Guided by our experienced instructors, you'll immerse yourself in a meditative journey, allowing the body and mind to unwind and rejuvenate. Perfect for all levels, this class offers a sanctuary for self-care and inner peace.

Yoga & Breathwork

These yoga and breathwork classes offer a gentle yet grounding space to reconnect with body, breath, and inner awareness. Rooted in Hatha yoga and guided pranayama, each session weaves mindful movement, conscious breathing, and moments of stillness to support balance, clarity, and nervous system regulation. Suitable for all levels, the classes invite you to move at your own pace, cultivate presence, and return to a deeper sense of calm and wholeness.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath in a flowing sequence creating a sense of meditation in motion. The class may be by dynamic fostering heat and strength, or it may be a slower flow with an emphasis on mobility and flexibility of the spine and hips. Classes may be sequenced around a peak pose such as back bends, or they might focus on a particular theme such as self-compassion or an aspect of yoga philosophy. While some previous yoga experience may be beneficial, none is required to attend a Vinyasa class.

Beginners Yoga & Breathwork

For those new to yoga, beginning with a beginner-friendly practice offers a gentle introduction to foundational postures, making it an excellent way to ease into this ancient mind-body practice. This approach includes gentle stretches, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and relaxing meditations—a perfect choice for beginners to grasp the fundamentals.
