About the event
Join us for an evening yoga session in the peaceful surrounds of the park 🌿
From 7:30pm to 8:45pm, we’ll flow through a gentle and grounding practice designed to calm the mind, open the body and reconnect with the breath. As the sun begins to set and the air cools, you’ll be guided through mindful movement and moments of stillness, all held in the beauty of nature 🌞
Open to all levels 🙏🏽
