Join us as we welcome the Winter Solstice with a steady moving meditation - 108 Sun Salutations, guided by the wisdom and presence of four experienced yoga teachers. Each teacher will lead one round, offering you space to rest, reflect and rejoin as needed.
✨ Accompanied by live music, this sacred offering invites you to ignite your inner fire, honour the cycles of light and shadow, and ground deeply into presence, aligning with the longest night of the year.
🌿 After our practice, enjoy a light and nourishing Indian vegetarian meal, lovingly prepared to replenish and restore.
This is more than a class – it’s a practice of devotion, movement and breath ,that connects us to our inner strength, allowing us to let go of the past and make way for new beginnings
